For three years in the early 1970s, Mark Citret assisted the Zone System Master Ansel Adams at his famous Yosemite Workshops. It was an amazing education for Mark as he worked with Adams in the field and darkroom.

Mark has spent his career, following his passion for photography as a teacher, artist, and professional photographer. He has been teaching photography for over three decades in the Bay Area including at UC Berkeley Extension and SF State. His work has been shown nationally, including at Gallery 291, and most recently he has been documenting the creation of new Mission Bay Campus of UCSF.

We are fortunate to have Mark teaching a workshop here at The Image Flow!
