Photographing Children with Margot Hartford
$240 Tuesdays, October 1 – 22, 12-2 PM
Whether you are an experienced photographer or a parent wanting to improve your skills, this workshop will leave you better prepared for the unique challenges of photographing kids. We will suggest ways to become more comfortable with your camera, introduce some simple lighting techniques, give you small exercises to expand your skills, and offer tips on getting the most out of your time with children as well as families. Students will have weekly assignments and critiques of their photographs.
Instructor Bio: Margot Hartford is an instructor at the Academy of art, and a lifesyle photographer specializing in photographing families, children, and fitness for commercial clients such as Oracle, HP, Club One, and USCF.
